Create a profile

The profile assembles the objects used for one call experience.

  1. Go to Bot → Profiles and select Add profile.
  2. Enter a name.
  3. For a realtime path, select the Realtime modality and leave STT, LLM, and TTS empty.
  4. For a cascaded path, select the LLM and the required STT and TTS modalities.
  5. Select the persona and policy.
  6. Assign the profile to the same Bot as every selected dependency.
  7. Save the profile.

The Console rejects a profile that mixes Realtime with pipeline modalities or references an object missing from the Bot assignment. Once saved, the profile is available when creating a SIP routing rule for that Bot.
