Create a SIP route

Create the route after the Bot is enrolled and the profile is assigned.

1. Go to SIP → Routing and select Add route.
2. Enter the inbound destination user or extension.
3. Select the Bot.
4. Select a profile assigned to that Bot.
5. Create the route.

Wildcards are not supported. Each destination must be unique within the tenant.

The control plane creates both the tenant ingress mapping and the Bot's internal profile route. Do not create a separate Bot SIP route. Send an INVITE for the configured destination through the tenant outbound proxy to test the complete path.
