Create a Platform Route

In Voxtronics, routing is organized in multiple layers. For more details, see the routing overview section.

Once a Bot is created and configured, it is ready to receive inbound calls.

In its current version (v1), the platform routing layer only supports routing of inbound SIP calls and does not support wildcard matching.

Create a new Route

Creating a new route is straightforward:

  1. Go to SIP → Routing
  2. Click “Add Route”
  3. Provide the numeric destination (called number) used to match inbound traffic
    (wildcards are not supported yet)
  4. Select the destination Bot
  5. Click “Create Route”
