Create an Endpoint

In Voxtronics, Endpoints are external SIP systems that register with the platform to enable reachability.

Voxtronics uses an outbound proxy architecture for SIP ingress.

The outbound proxy configuration for each tenant is available in the tenant overview.

Once an endpoint has been created, follow the configuration examples for setting up supported systems such as Asterisk or FreeSWITCH.

After an endpoint is created, it becomes available for use. Credentials are automatically generated and displayed upon creation.

Create a new Endpoint​

To create a new endpoint:

  1. Go to SIP → Endpoints
  2. Click “Add Endpoint”
  3. (Optional) Add notes for internal reference
  4. Click “Create Endpoint”
