Create a Peer

Use a Peer when a carrier, PBX, SBC, or gateway has a stable signaling address and does not register with Voxtronics.

  1. Go to SIP → Peers and select Add peer.
  2. Enter the source host and port used by the external system.
  3. Select UDP, TCP, or TLS.
  4. Keep the Peer enabled and add an optional description.
  5. Save the Peer.
  6. Configure the tenant outbound proxy as the destination on the external system.

Voxtronics identifies Peer traffic by source host, port, and transport. Ensure NAT and intermediate SBC behavior preserve the source identity expected by the rule.
